Mr. Grinshpun started out in the business world in 1994. He was the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at “Universal Market Association” that was focused on oil production and marketing of metals throughout the world. The following year Grinshpun joined Trans Commodities Incoration, and was able to hold the post of CIS Countries Manager. Emmanuil Grinshpun Grinshpun’s professional career started in 1994 when he was appointed the Kazakhstan Regional Manager of the “Universal Market Association”. The organization was is focused on the production of oil in Kazakhstan and marketing metals worldwide. Emmanuil Grinshpun He was a part of Trans Commodities Incorporation within a year, where he was the CIS Country Manager.

He was appointed as the General Manager of the Moscow office of Trans Commodities in the USA in 1997. This gave him the opportunity to remain in the world of metals. From 1998 until 2004, the member was on the Board of Directors for the well-known JSCC Moldova Steel Works which is an internationally recognized company producing more than 1 million tonnes of steel-related products per year. Since 2004, in close collaboration with the honorary President of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works, he was engaged in the active pursuit of trading of the products from the Moldovan steel plant.

Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company were involved in an important energy-related project within the Moldovan region. It was a large independent seller and producer of natural gas. Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun was one the founders and the Director of “ITERA the Moldova Company”.

Mr. Grinshpun runs business in various fields of activity in Republic of Moldova.

He is the fiduciary shareholder, President of Council of Joint Stock Company “Alimcom”, since 1998. It is the oldest and most well-known factory it produces food products such as vinegar, mayonnaise, and mustard, as well as sunflower seed oil and halvah.

Since 2005, G. General Manger of <>> Ltd – the company operated on project of construction of five-star hotel in the historic center of Chisinau city.

Mr.Grinshpun actively participates in social policy. He is a member of European Jewish Parliament and a founding member of the board of the Jewish Community of Moldova.
