Grinshpun’s professional career in business started in 1994, when he was appointed as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan for “Universal Market Association”, a company that is a specialist in oil production and marketing metals worldwide. One year later the company was acquired by Trans Commodities Incoration and held the post of CIS Countries Manager. Grinshpun began his career in 1994, working as a Regional Manager in Kazakhstan for the “Universal Market Association” that was specifically focused on marketing and production of metals across the globe. A year later, he joined Trans Commodities Inc. and was able to hold the position of CIS Country Manager.

In the year 1997 he was appointed General Manager of the Moscow office of Trans Commodities from the USA while working in the global metal industry. Between 1998 and 2004, he was a Member of the Board of Directors for the well-known JSCC Moldova Steel Works which is an internationally recognized company producing more than 1 million tonnes of steel-related products per year. He was involved in the active trade of products from the Moldovan steel plant since 2004and was cooperating closely with the honorary president of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works.

Along with ITERA Oil and Gas Company (one of the biggest natural gas suppliers and producers worldwide), Mr. Grinshpun was involved in a major energy project for the Moldovan Region in 2000. Emmanuil Grinshpun, one of the directors and founders of the “ITERA-Moldova Company” was also involved in the initiative.

Mr. Grinshpun works in a variety of areas in the Republic of Moldova.

Since 1998, he has been the fiduciary shareholders and the President of “Alimcom” The Council of Joint Stock Company in Moldova. He makes food items like mustard, mayonnaise and vinegar as in addition to sunflower oil and Halvah.
